10-Rejuvenation Therapy
(Rasayana Chikilsa) - 14 Days This treatment includes body massage with hand & foot by medicated oil , head massage and face massage with oil and cream , internal rejuvenative medicines and medicated steam bath. This therapy is for 90 minutes to two hours per day for 7 to 14 days this therapy is to rejuvenate mind, body and soul, to tune up skin, to strengthen all systems so as to achieve ideal health and longevity.
11-Body Purification Therapy
(Shodhan Chikilsa) - 15 days It is a process of purifying the whole body to attain proper balance of vatha , pitha and kapha based on panchakarma and swetha karma treatment . The 15 day package process in cludes body massage,shehapanam, vamanam , nasyam , virechanam , medicated purgative, sneha vasthi, pizhichil, gnavarakizhi tharpanam (cleaning the eyes), sirovasthi and steam bath.
