Our programme incorporate a combination of Ayurvedic, International Spa therapies and Beauty spa treatments. We suggest that you contact the Spa to discuss and plan your schedule. Our Spa Consultant will guide you and recommend the treatment most suited to you. Your Spa consultation will also include the number of treatments you can have and the sequence in which to have them in order to get maximum benefit. The treatments you select are designed specially for you; therefore any change in time or cancellation of an appointment requires adequate notice. |

WHAT ARE THE RULES OF SPA ETIQUETTE? |

To ensure that you and those around you reap the full benefits of the spa experience, we suggest you arrive 10 minutes prior to your first appointment. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Remember your service will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed, regardless of how late you begin. The spa atmosphere is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect the other guests' right to privacy and quiet. Cell phones, pagers and smoking are prohibited. |

AGE POLICY |
| |
Guests of The SPA must be 18 years or older to enjoy Spa services. Children ages 12-18 are welcome to enjoy the services but have to be accompanied by an adult. Unaccompanied children will not be allowed to use the spa facility to protect the tranquil nature of the spa and its environment. |

Disposable underwear will also be provided and can be used as per your discretion

Once in your treatment room, your therapist will step out while you remove your robe and climb under the towel of your treatment table. You’ll be draped for privacy at all times.

We are very happy to accept overseas orders and aim to make the ordering process for our overseas customers as simple as possible. Please complete the personal details form at the checkout remembering to state country for delivery. We will confirm by e-mail when your order has been dispatched. Average delivery times vary according to the method of dispatch but please allow 14 days for delivery. |

Damaged goods, returns & cancellations: |

Unfortunately we are unable to reimburse charges or replace items until we have received your returned goods. In the event of an item being damaged please return the goods to us immediately. Do not continue to use items when damaged, as you will then be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Please allow 28 days for reimbursement or issue of replacement goods, so that the faulty goods may be examined. |

Returns and Cancellations: |
| |
We offer all our customers the right to cancel their order before dispatch or return their order and request a refund within 21 days of receipt. We offer 21 days unconditional approval on any item purchased from Indianayurspa. You can either claim a full refund (less postage and packaging) on any item returned to us within 21 days providing it has been unopened, or you may exchange any item. You do not have to have a reason for returning or exchanging the goods. Refunds and exchanges may only be processed when we have received the returned items. It is advisable to obtain a certificate of posting from the post office and consider insuring your parcel in the event of loss or damage, as we cannot compensate for parcels that are damaged or mislaid in transit.
On receipt of a returned item that was originally paid for by credit card, a reimbursement will only be made to the credit card account of the person who originally paid for the goods. If you require an exchange your credit card will be re-charged on dispatch. Cheque refunds in India can only be made in the name of the original customer.
In the unlikely event that you should have a complaint regarding any Indianayurspa product or service, we will deal with your complaint within 5 working days. During this time we will provide you with a likely time scale for a solution and keep you informed as the progress of your complaint. |

The agreement will be governed by Indian Law. The Indian Court at Udaipur will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement. The Indianayurspa shall have no liability to you for any interruption or delay in access to the site irrespective of the cause. |
